How I Work
I work with warmth, compassion and equity to create space for you to explore and release a full range of feelings and experiences. My role as a counsellor is to support you as you traverse self-discovery, healing and personal growth.
About me
I am an experienced Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I believe each person is an expert in their own life and through therapeutic support they release feelings and move through personal development according to their own needs and priorities. I consider it a privilege to empathically support people seeking healing and growth. Taking my role up by offering insight and empathy and creating a supported and compassionate therapeutic environment.
Parent/Carer Consultations
Free parent/carer consultations of 15 minutes are a good first step in deciding if you want to proceed in booking your child some counselling with me. Your child can meet me to see how they feel about working with me if they feel that will help them to reach a decision. It is important that a child or young person wants to give counselling a go. Often it is worth having one or two full sessions and making a decision from there.

If you feel a longer consultation session will be helpful let me know, my usual telephone charges will apply.
